Principal's Message

Dr. Arokia Raj P

Principal
Nehru Smaraka Vidyalaya, CBSE.

From the Heart of Principal

I thank each and every one of you for entering into this wonder website land of Bangalore International Academy, CBSE. Yes, in fact BIA is a mini world created by the Founder Chairman. Active involvement is the hallmark of our beloved Founder, Secretary, staff and the BIGI fraternity. Students are the fuel of our locomotive of zeal and zenith.

Students are our only focus and purpose. Our students need not go abroad to study; BIA has all that what other countries can offer. Working on humans is not an easy task but the most challenging one. In fact the challenge is so complex like Robert Frost’s the Road not taken. Human mind is like parachute, it works only when open. Inspired by this, we mould the little human minds entrusted in our care to become great in future to lead the world thus our motto "Knowledge is Power." Indeed our school is a part of BIGI, because our Founder’s vision is big, our school’s dreams are big, our facilities are big, our efforts are big, our staff are big, their hard work and dedication is big. The list is endless. At BIA students get beyond the curriculum par with the Global school with a number of students who are from Iraan, Abudhabi, Singapore, Tibet, Taiwan, Srilanka etc. Students are taught to be academically excellent, but also to possess national integrity and experience international brotherhood. In other words it’s a training for students to be a Vishwa Manava-the Universal Man as told by great Poet Kuvempu.

Abraham Lincoln once said Education is such wherein you cannot build character and courage by taking away man's initiative and independence. At BIA we train students with the overall development along with the curriculum. With the concept of Universal Man we train every student to be academically strong, mentally agile, physically healthy, ethically a responsible citizen, socially concerned and sensitize that he/she is culturally rich with moral values. Each student is taught the value of protecting nature and redeeming the suffering human in every thought, word and deed. We believe that learning continues till the end of life; everyday is a new lesson and every student is a new university to learn from. We need visionaries like Dr APJ Abdul Kalam our former President. Our students are dreaming, willing and hoping to be great genius in near future making India a Superpower with the Vision 2020. In fact BIA International Academy, Bangalore is a everyone’s dream destination to experience the true wisdom blended with modernism and tradition. With the vision our Founder and guidance of the members of the management we are striving hard to turn BIA International Academy, Bangalore a hub or Malgudi of Education and transform it into a Knowledge Village and Wisdom Seat in Bangalore. For this and to make the student of BIA International Academy as a Universal man/woman, we will ensure that no stone will be left unturned in this mission.

For us every individual matters. To achieve this noble objective we help our students to invent, initiate and achieve the following gradually: Originality, Leadership, Brilliance, Integrity, Respect, Professionalism.

Our Core Values: Honesty, dignity and simplicity; Social responsibility and intrinsic individual harmony; Self-discipline, loyalty, obedience and work ethics.

Thank you.
God Speed, Jai Hind!
Dr Arokia Raj P
